'In the stories, The Lie, by Kurt Vonnegut and barn Burning, by William Faulkner, the of import characters mature from childishness into adulthood. We see from two stories that the main characters employment this maturity to bravely speak up. In the story, The Lie, Eli matures into adulthood.
